Because this service requires more frequent applications in the warmer months to be effective (April - October), you must be on a Pro Plan to receive this service.
Outdoor Rodent Protection
Available as an Add-on to ESSENTIAL PLAN and PRO PLAN
Get rid of local rats and mice and keep them at bay with our rodent protection system. This service includes installation of specialized rodent bait boxes on the exterior of your home and ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and bait refilling at regular services.
Carpenter Ant Protection

We don't just spray the "scouts" you see on the counter; we track the colony back to its nesting site—whether it's inside your walls or in a nearby stump.
Carpenter Bee Protection
Available as an Add-on to ESSENTIAL PLAN and PRO PLAN
Carpenter bees may look harmless, but their perfectly round tunnels can lead to structural damage, unsightly wood staining, and a welcome mat for moisture and rot.
Our Carpenter Bee Add-On protects against this wood-destroying activity. We don't just treat the bees; we target their nesting sites in your fascia boards, decks, and overhangs to break the cycle of return. By adding this to your Home Protection Plan, you’re ensuring that your home’s wood stays as solid and beautiful as the day it was built.
Outdoor Flea Protection

Our Fire Ant Add-On takes the fight to the colony. Our specialized treatments spread deep into the heart of the nest. By adding this to your Home Protection Plan, you aren’t just stopping the ants you see today—you’re preventing the colonies of tomorrow.

360° Inspection
At every service, we perform a comprehensive inspection of the property to assess pest pressure outside the home. We identify active pest activity and any areas prone to nesting, harborage, and/or breeding. During this exterior inspection, we closely walk around and observe not only the home’s structure, but also the landscaping and yard features.
Vertical Sweep (Web & Nest Removal)
We use specialized equipment to clean and remove spider webs, egg sacs, and stinging insect nests from eaves, overhangs, and any other place webs and nests are found (light fixtures, doorways, windows, porches, patios, garages, even bushes). By removing these "blueprints" for future infestations, we keep your home looking pristine and prevent pests from establishing nesting sites near entry points.
Fortress Treatment (Foundation Barrier)
We use an effective and long-lasting product to make a broadcast liquid application around the foundation of the home (three feet high and six feet wide). This creates a continuous barrier of protection around the entire structure of the home that intercepts pests before they enter.
Micro-Entry Treatment (Cracks, Crevices, Gaps)
The smallest cracks are often the biggest highways for pests. So we make dust applications to “micro-entry” points, from structural gaps and cracks to utility penetrations and weep holes—all the cracks, crevices, and gaps where pests hide out and attempt to enter. Our deep-penetrating applications reach the areas liquids can't, ensuring that even the most secretive pests have nowhere left to hide.
Targeted Yard Treatment (Flowerbeds, Tree Bases, Foliage)
We make targeted applications to areas of the yard where pests are likely to harbor or breed, including tree bases, mulch beds, flowerbeds, and so on. We typically use granules for these applications, but the specific product(s) used are always customized to the specific conditions of the property. This step neutralizes pests at their source, preventing the next generation of invaders from migrating toward your home.

As practitioners of IPM (Integrated Pest Management), we do things the right way. Our certified Service Pros don’t just “spray and pray”: we investigate and solve, using multiple methods of control (not just chemicals). As part of our approach, we make it a high priority to document and communicate the findings from our 360° Inspection with customers. This includes noting conducive conditions (practices or features make pest activity more likely) and making recommendations about changes you can make in and around the house to keep pests away.

Every Greenlogic Home Protection Service Plan covers the inside of your home. If you’ve seen pests inside or just want us to take a look, let us know and we’ll perform an interior service.
