360° Inspection

At every service, we perform a comprehensive inspection of the property to assess pest pressure outside the home. We identify active pest activity and any areas prone to nesting, harborage, and/or breeding. During this exterior inspection, we closely walk around and observe not only the home’s structure, but also the landscaping and yard features.

Vertical Sweep (Web & Nest Removal)

We use specialized equipment to clean and remove spider webs, egg sacs, and stinging insect nests from eaves, overhangs, and any other place webs and nests are found (light fixtures, doorways, windows, porches, patios, garages, even bushes). By removing these "blueprints" for future infestations, we keep your home looking pristine and prevent pests from establishing nesting sites near entry points.

Fortress Treatment (Foundation Barrier)

We use an effective and long-lasting product to make a broadcast liquid application around the foundation of the home (three feet high and six feet wide). This creates a continuous barrier of protection around the entire structure of the home that intercepts pests before they enter.

Micro-Entry Treatment (Cracks, Crevices, Gaps)

The smallest cracks are often the biggest highways for pests. So we make dust applications to “micro-entry” points, from structural gaps and cracks to utility penetrations and weep holes—all the cracks, crevices, and gaps where pests hide out and attempt to enter. Our deep-penetrating applications reach the areas liquids can't, ensuring that even the most secretive pests have nowhere left to hide.

Targeted Yard Treatment (Flowerbeds, Tree Bases, Foliage)

We make targeted applications to areas of the yard where pests are likely to harbor or breed, including tree bases, mulch beds, flowerbeds, and so on. We typically use granules for these applications, but the specific product(s) used are always customized to the specific conditions of the property. This step neutralizes pests at their source, preventing the next generation of invaders from migrating toward your home.
